Hot Cakes was established in 2006 with one sincere vision- to create a brand that is synonymous with quality food products and unparalleled taste. Today, we have a full fledged production facility for bakery, savory and sweet items. Hot Cakes currently operates out of 7 retail outlets in Kollam, Kerala, with more in the pipeline. Our decades of experience in various businesses and our dedication to quality have earned us a trustworthy reputation.

As indicated by the name, we do spend a little extra love on our cakes. Our cakes come in a variety of fruit flavours and are all are prepared with Natural Colours. An exceptional star among our cakes is the Exotic Rich Plum Cake, a connoisseur’s choice. Plum cakes hold a special place in our hearts, a nostalgic sense of warmth and home, which is what makes our cakes a popular choice for corporates and families, especially during the holiday season.
Apart from our bakery and confectionery division, we also have a separate segment for savories and Indian sweets. Mixtures, chips and local delicacies like achappam and kuzhalappam and Kerala halwa are hot favourites. Our delightful range of sweets include pedas, burfies, jalebis, laddus and more.
