Black Rice Halwa

Black Rice Halwa is a Kerala Special sweet made with simple ingredients such as black rice, sugar, coconut milk, and ghee along with a dash of spices such as saffron and cardamom. The traditional way of preparation follows continuous stirring of antioxidant-rich black rice paste in coconut milk, which is made rich with the addition of sugar and ghee.
